Spatial and Temporal Evolution of Ecological Product Value Realization in Inner Mongolia and Analysis of Obstacle Factors
The index system was developed based on three dimensions:optimization of the ecological environment, advancement of ecological economic development, and enhancement of human well-being.This framework aims to scientifically assess the achievement level of ecological product value realization and its spatio-temporal evolution from 2012 to 2022 in Inner Mongolia, while also analyze the factors that hinder improvements in effectiveness through an obstacle degree model. The results indicate:(1)During the study period, the value realization of ecological products in Inner Mongolia showed a steady and fluctuating upward trend, and the average comprehensive benefit increased from 0.317 to 0.421.(2)The value realization of ecological products in eastern, central, and western Inner Mongolia exhibits spatial characteristics where the eastern region leads following by the central and western regions. In Inner Mongolia, the regional difference of ecological product value realization results showed a decreasing trend, and the difference mainly came from regional differences. The realization effect of ecological product value in Inner Mongolia has positive spatial spillover, and most of the ecological product value realization effect has the characteristics of"low-low"and"high-high".(3)Obstacles to the realization of the value of ecological products in Inner Mongolia are mainly concentrated in the dimension of ecological environment optimization, and per capita water resources and PM2.5 concentration often have a greater impact on the realization of the value of ecological products. Finally, suggestions and countermeasures for promoting the value transformation of regional ecological products in Inner Mongolia were put forward.
