Price Index Research and System Development Based on Beef Cattle Industry Data—Taking Horqin Right Wing Middle Banner's Beef Cattle Trading Data as an Example
The beef cattle industry as one of the pillar industries of Horqin Right Wing Middle Banner of Inner Mongolia has become the preferred option for local development and the main breakthrough for increasing people's income.At present,the industry has small scale and large group,which needs to rely on farmers'breeding to support.In general,the development of beef cattle industry is not mature,and the price discourse power in the national market is low.Therefore,in order to further improve its brand influence and beef cattle price discourse power,as well as enhance the forward-looking,targeted and effectiveness of government regulation,relying on the actual situation of the beef cattle industry in Horqin Right Wing Middle Banner and drawing on the compilation methods of price indexes at home and abroad,this study introduced the compilation and system development process of the"Horqin Right Wing Middle Banner Beef Cattle Price Index"in detail from the aspects of model construction,index compilation,algorithm construction,system research and development,etc.,so as to provide an objective,scientific and quantitative market value benchmark for the national beef cattle industry through the continuous release of the price index.The trial operation effect showed that the index results can effectively reflect the hot and cold trend of the beef cattle market in Horqin Right Wing Middle Banner,and to some extent improve the participation,expression and initiative of the production and operation subjects in the formation of the price,and it can provide basic data support for the development of beef cattle price insurance,income insurance,futures options and other financial derivatives.
