RESEARCH ON WOODY OIL INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENT IN CHU XIONG
At present,realizing the long-term balance of supply and demand of grain and oil is facing great pressure with the increasing price of international grain and oil.Wood oil plant is an important part of oilseeds in China,and It's significant important to develop woody oil industry which directly related to national grain and oil safety.By the method of field investigation,the paper introduced the superior conditions of developing woody oil industry,i.e.,superior natural conditions for planting woody oil,a good policy environment,a prosperous market and growth momentum,a solid development foundation in Chuxiong.And analyzed the main problems of woody oil industry based on the current development situation of woody oil industry in Chuxiong.Aiming at the main problems,such as poor awareness,insufficient investment,weak motivation capacity from leading enterprises,low technical supporting ability,rough methods of business and management and so on,which existed in the development of woody oil industry in Chuxiong,it put forward some countermeasures,such as unifying the understanding,setting clear objectives,perfecting policy and increasing investment,supporting the leading firms and enhancing the drive of leading firms,et al.,to solve the problems,and then would help to realize the transformation of the development way and the sustainable development of woody oil industry in Chuxiong.
