Agricultural tourism is the integration of agriculture and tourism. Henan is a great agricultural province with rich tourism resources. So it has the unique advantage of developing agricultural tourism. Based on the investi-gation in Zhengzhou, Xinxiang, Xinyang, Nanyang, Kaifeng and Shangqiu city etc. , in Henan province, this pa-per analyzed the development of agricultural tourism using the approach of exploratory factor analysis with SPSS17. 0. Combined with the research conclusion, it provided rational proposal from the following four aspects re-spectively:First, strengthening the tourism infrastructure and improving the level of hardware reception; Second, building high-quality and high-grade tourism environment and improving the level of software reception;Third, developing creative agricultural tourism products to meet the diverse needs of the tourists;Fourth, strengthening the tourism participation and improving the effect of tourism experience; Fifth, improving the staff's quality and the quality of tourism services.
