SOME ISSUES ON THE DISCIPLINE CONSTRUCTION OF REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF AGRICULTURE IN THE NEW ERA
The discipline construction of the agricultural regional development is a fundamental work to promote the high-quality development of agriculture and built a strong agriculture in an orderly manner according to local conditions.The article took the discipline construction of agricultural regional development as the main line,used the theoretical and practical analysis methods,analyzed and judged the opportunities and challenges facing the development of the discipline on the basis of systematically sorting out the object task and development history of the discipline of agricultural regional development in China,and put forward the direction and key points of the construction of the discipline system of agricultural regional development with Chinese characteristics in the new era.In the past 40 years,China's agricultural resources survey and agricultural planning,agricultural layout and regional planning and other agricultural regional development research work had achieved fruitful results.In order to provide an important support for optimizing the layout of China's agricultural productivity,and cope with the significant and profound changes in the natural spatial pattern,main functions,and domestic and foreign economic environment of agricultural development,it is urgent to strengthen the theoretical and methodological innovation of agricultural regional development.Therefore,we should adhere to the problem-oriented and demand-oriented,and take researching and solving practical problems as the fundamental task of disciplinary construction.In order to meet the new needs of the country and seize the new opportunities,the discipline construction of agricultural regional development in the new era should focus on three major tasks including spatial layout,regional development,and inter regional coordination,and then explore and innovate in four aspects,namely,basic theories,methodologies and technologies,research scales and research fields,so as to support the construction of a modern agricultural and rural high-quality development spatial pattern that is coordinated with the resources,environment,and market demands.
