RESEARCH ON THE INFLUENCE OF GRASSLANDE COLOGICAL COMPENSATION ON GRASSLAND CIRCULATION BEHAVIOR OF HERDSMAN HOUSEHOLD——TAKING HENAN MONGOLIAN AUTONOMOUS COUNTY IN QINGHAI PROVINCE AS AN EXAMPLE
This research aims to further promote the sustainable development of animal husbandry in the grassland area and enrich the research on the grassland ecological compensation award in the grassland circulation behavior of herdsmen,so as to provide theoretical basis for promoting the transfer of grassland to maximize the scale management.Based on the survey data of herdsmen in Henan Mongolian Autonomous County of Qinghai province,a Binary Logit model was used to analyze the effect of grassland ecological compensation on herdsmen's grassland transfer behavior, and a stepwise regression was used to test the mediating effect of livelihood diversification between grassland ecological compensation and grassland transfer. The results showed that the loan behavior of herdsmen, the existing contracted area of grasslands, and the income from animal husbandry had a positive promoting effect on their grassland circulation behavior at the 10%,1%,and 5%significance levels, respectively, while both bonus income and wage income had a significant inhibitory effect on their grassland circulation behavior at the 10%significance level, and there was a masking effect between grassland ecological compensation and grassland circulation in the diversification of pastoral livelihoods, with the masking effect accounting for 34.55%of the direct effect. In summary, the higher the reward and subsidy income,it does not necessarily promote the grassland transfer behavior, and the diversification of livelihood will increase the inhibitory effect to some extent.
