STUDY ON THE REALIZATION MECHANISM AND PATH STANDARDIZATION OF RURAL HOMESTAY DEVELOPMENT TO HELP COMMON PROSPERITY——EVIDENCE FROM XIANGSHAN COUNTY OF ZHEJIANG PROVINCE
This research aims to clarify the internal logic and realization mechanism of rural homestay development to help common prosperity,make up for the current situation of unclear realization mechanism of existing research,and put forward a feasible path to standardize the development of rural homestay under the goal of common prosperity.By introducing the classical spatial production theory and combining with the typical case analysis method,this study applied a constructed analysis framework of rural homestay development and common prosperity to make an empirical analysis of Xiangshan county,Zhejiang province,and clarify the logical mechanism and realization path.The results were listed as follows.(1)Rural homestay development realized the transformation of rural physical space by driving the improvement of rural living environment,public services and infrastructure;(2)By helping to manifest the value of traditional excellent cultural resources and optimizing the rural social relations network,the rural social space was optimized;(3)By expanding the employment and income channels of rural residents,extending the rural industrial chain,promoting the diversified economic development of rural areas,and achieving the improvement of rural economic space.(4)On the whole,Xiangshan county,Zhejiang province,in the process of promoting the common prosperity goal through the development of rural homestays,reflected the three basic characteristics of clear goals,clear paths and adequate guarantees.In summary,to promote the development of rural homestays in the future,the first is to promote the improvement of rural living environment with high quality and improve the material environment for development;Secondly,with the help of urban and rural integrated development,it should jointly promote the utilization of residential land,rural financial system reform,digital reform and other related work,excavating the collaborative value of reform,and improving the social environment for development;The third is to explore the diversified"homestay +"model,extend the homestay industry chain,and broaden the economic space for development.Finally,we should further consolidate the material,spiritual and economic foundation for common prosperity and promote the realization of common prosperity.
