THOUGHTS CONCERNING ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF BEIJING RURAL HOMESTAY ACCOMMODATION INDUSTRY
Industrial revitalization is the top priority of rural revitalization.As a new form of rural industry in Beijing and an important lever for promoting comprehensive rural revitalization,the rural homestay industry underwent three stages of iterative upgrading,presenting new trends and characteristics such as more concentrated space,continuous improvement in level,widespread integration of business formats,more diverse models,and increasingly prominent roles.This research delves into the typical practices and experiences of developing the rural homestay industry in Beijing,analyzes the existing problems and constraints,and provides references for further promoting the upgrading and upgrading of the rural homestay industry.Through qualitative analysis methods such as on-site research,literature review and expert consultation,this research proposed that the development of rural homestays faced constraints such as insufficient planning and design,high prices but low overall benefits,and unresolved land use problems.Therefore,in response to the problems and development situation of rural homestays,relevant departments should attach great importance,collaborate,jointly manage,provide policy support,standardize construction,strengthen top-level design,innovate financial support,strengthen land security,increase talent support,improve pricing mechanisms,pay attention to promoting high-quality development of the rural homestay industry through agricultural cooperation.
