RESEARCH ON THE COUPLED AND COORDINATED DEVELOPMENT OF NEW URBANIZATION AND RURAL REVITALIZATION IN SHAANXI PROVINCE
This research aims to quantitatively evaluate the spatiotemporal characteristics and influencing factors of the coordinated development of rural revitalization and new urbanization in Shaanxi province,so as to provide references for promoting the coordinated development of new urbanization and rural revitalization in the province.Relevant indicator data from 2012 to 2021 in Shaanxi province were selected,and the entropy weight method,comprehensive index method,coupled coordination model and spatial correlation model was used for analysis.Then ArcGIS and GeoDa software was adopted to analyze the spatial differences and coupled development temporal changes between the coordinated development of rural revitalization and new urbanization in Shaanxi province.The results were listed as follows.(1)From 2012 to 2021,the level of rural revitalization and new urbanization development in Shaanxi province showed an increasing trend year by year,with the spatial differences in rural revitalization development gradually narrowing and tending towards balanced development,while the spatial differences in new urbanization did not change significantly;(2)The degree of coupling and coordination of the two systems in each region was on the rise as a whole,and the imbalance of urban and rural development was improved,which showed a spatial distribution trend of high in the north and low in the south.(3)With the different level of improvement in each region,the regional gap in the level of coupling and coordination was increasing,and some cities had obvious problems of single system development lag,and southern Shaanxi was not strongly driven by regional high-level cities.Therefore,rural revitalization and new urbanization in Shaanxi province are in an important stage of high-quality integrated development,and the development trend of the two is positively correlated.In the future,it is necessary to strengthen regional cooperation,break through location restrictions,promote the coordinated development of urban and rural areas driven by diversification in Shaanxi province,and promote the effective combination and high-quality development of rural revitalization and new urbanization.
