PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS OF PLANTING FARMERS'PROFESSIONAL COOPERATIVES IN ILI KAZAKH AUTONOMOUS PREFECTURE BASED ON FACTOR ANALYSIS COMBINED WITH ENTROPY METHOD
By evaluating the performance of planting farmers'professional cooperatives in Ili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture of Xinjiang and exploring its influencing factors,to reflect the development present situation and development expectation for the future,so as to make proposals for effectively improving the performance of the cooperatives.Based on the microcosmic data of 136 planting farmers'professional cooperatives in Ili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture in 2022,this research constructed a evaluation index system from five different dimensions,namely,the financial,internal business processes,society,learning and growth and quality safety,used the comprehensive evaluation model of factor analysis combined with entropy method to measure performance level of planting farmers'professional cooperatives,and adopted the ordinal logit regression to further analyze the influencing factors of the performance of the planting cooperatives.On the whole,the results indicated that the performance of planting farmers'professional cooperatives in Ili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture was poor.There were differences between five different dimensions,and all dimensions of the performance had a big promotion space.The professional affiliations and shareholding ratio of executives,and brand building of the cooperatives had a significantly positive effect on performance level of planting farmers'professional cooperatives.However,the management and operating mechanisms,decision-making mechanism,and planting scale had a remarkably negative influence on the level of performance of planting farmers'professional cooperatives.As a consequence,we should strengthen the specialized persons'raise dynamics,optimize the internal system,develop moderate scale operation,and establish unique brands,in order to promote planting farmers'professional cooperatives'standardization development and healthy development,and then to accelerate the performance improvement of planting farmers'professional cooperatives.
