RESEARCH ON FARMERS'POLICY PREFERENCES OF STRAW REUTILIZATION BASED ON CHOICE EXPERIMENT
Straw reutilization is an important measure to promote agricultural economic growth and alleviate environmental pollution.Based on the choice experiment and the survey data of 978 farmers in Shandong province, the problem of farmers'policy preferences of straw reutilization was studied. The results were showed as follows.(1)With the increase of farmers'scale of operation, their willingness of straw reutilization would continue to increase, the proportion of small-scale,medium-scale,and large-scale farmers choosing"willingness"was 54.9%,77.7%,and 82.8%,respectively.(2)Policies such as banning straw, direct subsidies to farmers, technical training, and market improvement could significantly improve the utilization rate of straw resources for farmers.(3)Whether to participate in cooperatives, convenience cognition, pollution cognition, policy cognition and straw reutilization willingness had a significant impact on farmers'straw disposal behavior.(4)There were large differences in the policy preference priorities of straw reutilization by farmers of different scales.Among them,small-scale farmers had the highest willingness to accept direct subsidies for farmers, followed by technical training;medium-scale farmers had the highest willingness to accept agricultural machinery purchase subsidies, followed by technical training;large-scale farmers had the highest willingness to accept a perfect market, followed by subsidies for the purchase of agricultural machinery. Therefore,in order to improve farmers'enthusiasm for straw reutilization,it is necessary to formulate diversified and comprehensive straw reutilization policies, and at the same time strengthen the technical training and equipment support for farmers.
