STUDY ON THE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT PATH OF RURAL HOMESTAY——A CASE STUDY OF HEYU TOWNSHIP,CHENGKOU COUNTY,CHONGQING
Exploring the path of sustainable development of rural homestay in the new era of rural revitalization can not only promote the transformation and upgrading of rural tourism,but also help the implementation of rural revitalization policies.Based on 698 domestic literatures from 2006 to 2022,this paper analyzed the research process of domestic rural homestays,and used Cite Space to conduct keyword co-occurrence and clustering,then summarized the main research contents of domestic rural homestays.In addition,from the micro perspective,it took the rural B&B's in Heyu Township,Chengkou county,Chongqing as a practical case,and based on field visits and surveys,it analyzed the development difficulties of local rural homestays and explored solutions.The results showed that the research process of domestic rural homestays was divided into three stages with 2014 and 2017 as nodes.Research topics mainly focoused on rural homestay promotion of rural tourism,homestay industry development to help poverty alleviation and revitalization,host and object interaction and tourist behavior.And the existing problems of rural homestay in Heyu Township,Chengkou County,Chongqing included construction planning,management,cultural integration and so on.Therefore,to realize sustainable development of local rural homestays,the following strategies should be adopted:(1)Scientific planning for the construction and development of homestays;(2)Improving the management level of homestays;(3)Deepening the integration with regional culture to create homestays with regional characteristics;(4)Deepening the integration of culture and tourism and enriching the home-stay tourism experience;(5)Strengthening industry supervision and improving support policies and risk prevention measures.
