EFFECTS OF LAND TRUSTEESHIP AND GREEN TECHNOLOGY ADOPTION ON AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTIVITY
This research is intends to explore how farmers'participation in land trusteeship affects agricultural productivity,and how green technology adoption plays a role in the relationship between land trusteeship and productivity,so as to supplement the theories research of land trusteeship.Based on the data of 305 rural households in Henan province,the effects of land trust and green technology adoption on agricultural production efficiency were studied by using DEA model,propensity score matching method and intermediary effect test.The results showed that:(1)The average agricultural productivity of land trusteeship was 0.287 higher than that of non-trusteeship farmers,and land trusteeship could effectively improve the agricultural productivity of farmers;(2)The adoption behavior of green technology played an obvious mediating role in the influence of land trusteeship on agricultural production efficiency,and the mediating effect accounted for 48.39%;(3)Land trustement intensified the differences in farmers'internal production efficiency,and the differences in land scale and part-time employment were the main reasons for the differences in agricultural production efficiency.Therefore,government implementation of promotion,subsidies and other policies should be tilted towards land trusteeship,enhance farmers'willingness to adopt green technology,better play land trusteeship to drive small farmers to improve efficiency,ensure food security,and improve the level of agricultural modernization.
