MEASUREMENT AND REGIONAL DIFFERENCE ANALYSIS OF THE DEVELOPMENT LEVEL OF CHINESE STYLE AGRICULTURAL MODERNIZATION——A CASE STUDY OF JILIN PROVINCE
Chinese style agricultural modernization development is based on China's national and agricultural conditions,and adjusts measures to local conditions.As the leading province in planning to basically achieve agricultural modernization,it is necessary to scientifically measure the development level of Chinese style agricultural modernization in Jilin province and analyze the development level and regional differences of Chinese-style agricultural modernization in counties of Jilin province.Based on the analysis of the logical mechanism of the development of Chinese style agricultural modernization in Jilin province,this research constructed an evaluation system of the development level of Chinese style agricultural modernization in four dimensions at the county level,namely,the modernization of agricultural supply guarantee,the modernization of agricultural science and technology innovation,the modernization of agricultural industrial system,and the modernization of agricultural green development.Combining with the characteristics of water and soil resources differentiation in the province,the Theil index and obstacle degree model were used to explore the regional differences and evolution trend.The results showed that:(1)The overall development level of Chinese style agricultural modernization in Jilin province experienced an evolution process of"stable(2011-2014)declining(2015-2017)rising(2018-2020)"during 2011-2020.(2)There was a significant regional gap in the development level of Chinese style agricultural modernization in Jilin province,showing a gradient increasing trend from east to west.(3)The Theil index showed an overall fluctuating upward trend.The intra-regional differences were the main source of the overall differences in the development level of Chinese style agricultural modernization in Jilin province during 2011-2015,and the inter-regional differences contributed the most during 2016-2020.(4)The obstacle factors affecting the development of Chinese style agricultural modernization in Jilin province mainly came from the modernization of agricultural supply guarantee and the modernization of agricultural industrial system.Accordingly,Jilin province should develop advantageous industries according to local conditions,bridge regional differences in overall layout,and break through major obstacles in overall development.
