STUDY ON SPATIAL-TEMPORAL DIFFERENTIATION AND COUPLING COORDINATION DEGREE OF MULTI-FUNCTIONALITY OF COUNTY LAND USE IN HEBEI PROVINCE
The purpose of this paper is to provide a reference for the comprehensive and coordinated development and sustainable utilization of regional land by studying the spatial and temporal differentiation and coupling coordination degree of multi-functional land use.Taking Hebei Province as an example,the paper used the comprehensive index model and the coupling coordination model to evaluate the spatial-temporal differentiation characteristics and coupling coordination of production-life-ecological functions from 2000 to 2019.The results showed:(1)From 2000 to 2019,the production,living,and ecological functions of counties in Hebei Province were significantly enhanced,and the spatial differences were obvious.The production and living functions showed the different patterns of'high in southeast and low in northwest'.The life function was distributed in a decentralized space.(2)From the perspective of dynamic evolution,the production function,living function,and ecological function of Hebei Province had changed greatly and had been greatly improved.From the perspective of spatial distribution,there was a significant positive correlation between production function,life function,and ecological function,and there is agglomeration in space.(3)The average value of coupling coordination degree in 2000,2010 and 2019 was 0.30,0.39 and 0.40 respectively,and the land use conflict was gradually decreasing.The coupling coordination degree of different main functional areas from high to low was:key development zone>optimized development zone>main agricultural production zone>key ecological function zone.In conclusion,Counties(cities and districts)in Hebei Province should give full play to their roles,take the road of green development,improve the multi-functional level of land use,further optimize the coupling and coordination of production-life-ecological space,and achieve the long-term goal of comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development.
