RESEARCH REVIEW AND PROSPECTS FOR HOMESTEAD UTILIZATION RISK
Active utilization of residential land is an important measure to protect farmers'property rights,and identifying the risk of residential land utilization is the basic premise for promoting the reform of residential land system steadily.To this end,this research adopted the bibliometric method of CiteSpace5.7.R2 to systematically summarize the research results of homestead use risk,comprehensively reviewed the research progress at home and abroad from the perspective of homestead use risk identification,risk assessment and risk prevention,and looked forward to the future research key areas and development direction,hoping to provide references for the research and policy formulation of rural homestead use risk.The results were listed as follows.(1)From the point of view of risk identification,there were mainly economic risks of damage to farmers'and collective rights and interests,social risks of insufficient social security and intensified social contradictions,ecological risks of cultivated land ecological degradation and ecological landscape damage,and political risks of fiscal revenue decline and institutional performance damage in the process of homestead utilization.(2)From the perspective of risk evaluation,the existing literatures mainly focused on the research mechanism of homestead utilization risk and risk grade assessment.Due to the heterogeneity of research area,theoretical method,index selection and analysis perspective,the results of risk assessment were different.(3)From the perspective of risk prevention,the research on the risk of homestead utilization had formed a multi-dimensional research trend such as national legal system,collective organization mechanism,market supporting plan and active utilization procedure.So,in the future,it is necessary to focus on the research of the whole cycle risk identification,multi-dimensional risk assessment and multi-agent risk prevention.
