STUDY ON THE INFLUENCE OF RURAL INFRASTRUCTURE ON AGRICULTURAL GREEN TOTAL FACTOR PRODUCTIVITY——BASED ON THE PERSPECTIVE OF SPATIAL SPILLOVER EFFECT
Under the background of rural revitalization and double carbon strategy, this paper discusses the comprehensive impact of rural infrastructure on agricultural green total factor productivity and its theoretical mechanism.Based on China's provincial Panel data, this paper constructed a spatial Durbin model to analyze the impact of rural infrastructure on agricultural green total factor productivity. The results were listed as follows.(1) The agricultural green total factor productivity had an obvious spatial autocorrelation.(2) Rural infrastructure had a significant spatial spillover effect, which affected the agricultural green productivity of the local and surrounding areas.(3) When studying different regions,it was found that rural infrastructure had a significant impact on the central and western regions, while its impact on the eastern regions was not significant.(4) Urbanization,urban-rural income gap and government intervention had a significant positive effect on agricultural productivity, while agricultural structural adjustment and disaster level had a significant negative effect. Therefore,we should increase efforts to address shortcomings in the agricultural sector, improve the layout of rural infrastructure construction, continuously adjust the agricultural planting structure, promote fair distribution of income, optimize the service-oriented functions of the government, and promote high-quality development of agricultural.
