RESEARCH ON THE IMPACT OF LIVELIHOOD CAPITAL AND ECOLOGICAL COGNITION ON FARMERS'WILLINGNESS TO ADOPT GREEN TECHNOLOGIES
This article aims to analyze the willingness to adopt green production technologies in rice planting areas in Nanchang county,Jiangxi province,so as to promote green rice planting in Jiangxi Province.207 farmers in Jiangxi province were selected as research subjects,and the relationship between livelihood capital,ecological cognition,and willingness to adopt green production technologies across the entire industry chain was empirically studied through ordered logistic models and mediation effect testing models.The results were as follows.Livelihood capital significantly positively affected the willingness of farmers to adopt green production technologies before,during,and after planting,and ecological cognition had a mediating effect between livelihood capital and farmers'willingness to adopt technologies before,during,and after planting.In terms of pre-production new variety technology,the frequency of agricultural information exchange,the difficulty of borrowing and lending,rice drainage and irrigation conditions,rice soil fertility,and the green production atmosphere in villages had a significant positive impact on their adoption willingness;In terms of soil testing and formula fertilization technology during planting,health status,frequency of agricultural information exchange,economic conditions,rice soil fertility,rice drainage and irrigation conditions,and village economic level had a significant positive impact on their adoption willingness;In terms of the technology of returning straw to the field after planting,health status,difficulty in borrowing,economic conditions,satisfaction with the broadband network,housing type,rice drainage and irrigation conditions,and village economic level had a significant positive impact on their willingness to adopt.Based on this,suggestions are proposed to enhance the willingness of farmers to adopt green rice production technologies from two aspects:improving their livelihood capital level and strengthening ecological awareness,so as to promote the popularization of agricultural green technologies.
