RESEARCH ON THE FORMATION LOGIC AND EFFECT OF AGRICULTURAL"DOUBLE SCALE"MANAGEMENT MODE——BASED ON THE EMPIRICAL STUDY OF 1 366 SAMPLE FARMERS IN THREE PREFECTURES OF XINJIANG
The agricultural"double scale"management mode formed by the combination of land scale management and service scale management is an innovative move for the management body to pursue a higher return risk ratio.Analyzing the formation logic and effect of the"double scale"management mode has far-reaching significance for summarizing the experience of agricultural scale management and improving relevant policies.Based on 1 366 field survey data in three prefecture-level regions of Xinjiang,a two-stage regression method,DEA-Malmquist index model, and adjustment effect model were used to explore the formation logic and effect of agricultural"dual-scale"management mode. The results showed that:(1)When the factor market was not fully developed, risk sharing and economic incentives would drive the agricultural management subject to shift from single-scale management mode to"dual-scale"management mode;(2)From the effect point of view,"dual-scale"management mode could improve agricultural total factor productivity through technological progress and improvement of technical efficiency;(3)Human capital and agricultural intelligence would strengthen the promotion effect of"dual-scale"management mode on agricultural total factor productivity. Therefore, appropriate encouragement of"dual-scale"management can help operators disperse risks and increase profits, improve agricultural total factor productivity, and contribute to the stable development of agricultural large-scale operations in border areas.
