摘要
习近平总书记高度重视干部教育培训工作,针对新时代干部教育培训的新形势、新任务,作出一系列重要论述:首先,从推动党的事业发展进步、应对新时代各项风险挑战、永葆党的蓬勃朝气的维度阐明了干部教育培训的重大意义;其次,明确了坚持党的全面领导、坚定理想信念宗旨、培养造就堪当民族复兴重任的高素质干部队伍等干部教育培训的基本原则和目标导向;再次,从培训理念、培训内容、培训方法、培训管理等方面指明了干部教育培训的实践路径;最后,从人才保障、平台保障、评价保障、科研保障、经费保障等方面强调了干部教育培训的保障举措.习近平总书记关于干部教育培训重要论述思想深邃、逻辑清晰、内涵丰富,是做好新时代干部教育培训工作的科学指南和根本遵循.
Abstract
General Secretary Xi Jinping attaches great importance to leadership education and training and makes a series of important remarks on the new situation and tasks of leadership education and training in the new era.Firstly,he elaborates the important significance from the dimension of promoting the development and progress of the Party's cause,responding to various risks and challenges in the new era,and maintaining the Party's vitality.Secondly,he clarifies the basic principles and goals in-cluding adhering to the comprehensive leadership of the Party,strengthening ideals,beliefs and purposes,and cultivating a high-quality team of officials capable of shouldering the mission of national rejuvenation.Thirdly,he points out the practice path from the aspects of training philosophy,content,methods and management.Finally,he emphasizes the guarantee measures of talent,platform,evaluation,research and funding.His important remarks have profound thought,clear logic and rich connotation,which are scientific and fundamental guidelines for doing a good job in leadership education and training in the new era.
