关于加快发展新质生产力若干重大问题的思考

习近平总书记关于新质生产力的重要论述,拓展了马克思主义政治经济学的研究对象,丰富了马克思主义政治经济学的生产力理论,深化了马克思主义政治经济学的生产关系理论,发展了马克思主义政治经济学关于物质生产历史作用的认识;界定了新时代新一轮经济发展的决定力量,指明了下一阶段中国经济高质量发展的突破方向;提出以新质生产力发展和新型生产关系保障为推动力,为我们探索中国式现代化的新动能指明了前进方向;强调以发展战略性新兴产业和未来产业为重点,提出要以科技创新引领现代化产业体系建设,推动产业创新,为我们建设现代化产业体系指明了正确方向.发展新质生产力需要更好地推进体制机制创新,特别是深化人才工作体制机制创新,也即更好地改革和完善生产关系,形成与新质生产力发展要求相适应的新型生产关系.同时,在推进中国式现代化的进程中,要加快发展新质生产力,推动实现"三个倍增".
Reflection on Several Major Issues of Speeding Up the Development of New Quality Productive Forces
General Secretary Xi Jinping's important remarks on new quality productive forces expand the research object of Marxist political economy,enrich its productivity theory,deepen its theory of production relations,and develop its understand-ing of the historical role of material production;define the decisive force for the new round of economic development in the new era,and point out the breakthrough direction for high-quality development of Chinese economy of the next stage;propose to take the development of new quality productive forces and the guarantee of new production relations as the driving forces,and point out the direction for us to explore the new driving force of Chinese modernization;emphasize to focus on developing strategic emerging and future industries,propose to lead the development of modern industrial system and innovation through scientific and technological innovation,and point out the right direction for us to build modern industrial system.The development of new quality productive forces requires better promotion of institutional and mechanism innovation,especially that for the talents,that is,better reform and improvement of production relations and the formation of new production relations to match the develop-ment of new quality productive forces.Meanwhile,in the process of promoting Chinese modernization,we should speed up the development of new quality productive forces and promote the realization of"Three Doubles".
