The Principle of"Two Mountains Cooperative":Leading the Development of the New Cooperative Economy with the Concept of Green Development
The green development idea of"two mountains"and the concept of"trinity"cooperative economy are internally in-terconnected and complementary."Two mountains bank"or"ecological bank"that has emerged in recent years still need to be sorted and standardized in terms of core logic,operational mechanism and legal arrangements.Cooperatives and associations,as natural carriers of"two mountains bank",are also known as"two mountains cooperative".To develop"two mountains coopera-tive",it is necessary to integrate property rights system of collective economy,build organization system of cooperative economy,realize integration of resources,assets and funds,create specialized trading tools,and make good use of non-business trust meth-ods."Two mountains cooperative"is closely related to the credit cooperation of"trinity"cooperative economy.To develop"trinity"cooperative economy,we must adhere to the basic principles of cooperative economy,break down department barriers to prevent"alienation"and"dwarfing",innovate credit cooperation mechanism to focus on addressing financial shortcomings,utilize finan-cial technology to achieve mutual promotion of digitization and cooperation,strengthen community consumption cooperation with consumers as the principal body,and adopt the methodology of systematic integration.In the context of strengthening sys-tematic integration of various measures for deepening reform and opening up in all respects,we must coordinate to promote re-form and innovation of"two mountains cooperative"and"trinity"cooperative economy and find a path of cooperative economic development with Chinese characteristics in line with China's actual situation.
