Construction of the Policy System for Digital Cultural Industry in the Process of Chinese Modernization:Development Vein and Evolution Logic
By adopting the methods of measurement and content analysis of policy literature,this paper conducts quantitative statistics and interactive analysis on text quantity,promulgation time,policy theme and policy subject of China's policies for digital cultural industry from 2000 to 2022.It shows that,in the process of Chinese modernization,China's policies for digital cultural industry have mainly gone through three stages of development:exploration and cultivation,strategic implementation,and comprehensive deepening.Within this,there lies an inherent logic of putting people first as the base,being driven by digital technology integration,being guided by upholding fundamental culture principles and breaking new ground in culture,and being guaranteed by the development of the ecological environment system.
