摘要
乡村振兴战略是党中央着眼全面建成社会主义现代化强国作出的战略部署.高校有着助力乡村振兴的历史使命.以天津市高校为例,从乡村振兴的研究背景、天津市高校科技服务乡村振兴的现状、高校科技服务乡村振兴存在的问题、高校发挥科技优势服务乡村振兴战略的具体对策和路径展开论述,指出了高校发挥科技优势服务乡村振兴在政府政策支持、高校管理制度、高校教师队伍、高校人才培养等四个方面存在的问题,并提出了相应的具体对策.
Abstract
Rural revitalization is a national strategy and a strategic deployment made by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China with a focus on building a socialist modernized strong country in all respects.Using Tianjin universities as an example,in this article we discuss the research background of rural revitalization,the current situation of technology services provided by Tianjin universities to rural revitalization,the problems existing in technology services provided by universities to rural revitalization,and specific strategies and paths for universities to exploit their technological advantages to serve the strategy of rural revitalization.Furthermore,we also point out the problems that universities face in four aspects:namely government policy support,university management system,university teacher team,and university talent cultivation.Finally,we propose corresponding specific strategies and paths.
