摘要

新时代加强高校劳动教育在培育学生劳动素养、落实立德树人根本任务、促进学生全面发展以及培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人中有着重要价值.当前高校劳动教育在受重视程度、内容设计、理论与实践教育以及载体建设等方面面临困境.对此,结合时代发展要求和学生特点,从劳动理论教育、课程设置、教育实践、师资建设、评价体系、劳动文化等方面,建构科学有效的实践路径,进一步提升高校劳动教育质量,充分彰显劳动教育的综合育人价值.

Abstract

In the new era,strengthening labor education in universities is of great value in cultivating students'labor literacy,accomplishing the fundamental task of morality education,promoting students'all-round development,and cultivating new generation to take on the great task of national rejuvenation.At present,labor education in universities is faced with such difficulties as the degree of attention,content design,educational theory and practice,and carrier construction.In this regard,combined with the requirements of the development of the times and the characteristics of students,in this article a scientific and effective practice path is proposed in terms of the labor theory of education,curriculum development,educational practice,teacher construction,evaluation system and labor culture,so as to further improve the quality of labor education in universities and fully demonstrate the comprehensive educational value of labor education.
