Exploration and Practice of Teaching Management Reform for the Individualized Training of Innovative Talents in the Emergent Engineering Education
In view of the challenges brought by the individualized training of innovative talents to the current higher education in the context of of the emergent engineering education,in this article we summarize the common characteristics and principal connotation of the training model of innovative talents in the emergent engineering education,and further examine the current problems existing in the process of individualized training.Moreover,based on the the core concepts of the new engineering education,namely"integration of production,university and research,cross-disciplinarity,innovation and responsibility,global vision,and individualized development",we propose the reform direction and implementation path of teaching management reform oriented to individualized training,with an intended purpose to establish an educational system suitable for individualized training of innovative talents in the emergent engineering education,and improve the training quality of innovative talents in the emergent engineering education.
