摘要
针对当前产品设计人才胜任力模型构建与评价研究中出现的模型构建维度层次不清晰、评价指标较为老旧,评价结果缺乏可用性等问题,提出一种产品设计人才胜任力模型构建与评价研究方法.通过对产品设计人才胜任力模型构建原则进行分析,确定了多层次原则、系统性原则、可用性原则;并基于新文科背景下产品设计人才胜任力分析,运用冰山模型理论将产品设计人才胜任力维度划分为知识领域、专业能力、学习与创新能力、沟通与合作能力、职业角色认同五个维度;运用层次分析法将各胜任力维度下的评价指标构建为有序递阶层次结构图,建立产品设计人才评价体系;采用层次分析法对设计人才各项胜任力评价指标权重进行计算,并通过一致性检验,最终得到各项评价指标相对权重及排名.
Abstract
In this article,we propose a research method for the competency model construction and evaluation of product design talents,aiming at the problems such as unclear dimension level of model construction,outdated evaluation index and lack of usability of evaluation results.Through the analysis of the building principles of product design talent competency model,we determined multi-level principles,systematic principles and usability principles.Based on the competency analysis of product design talents against the backdrop of the new liberal arts,adopting the iceberg model theory,we classified the competency dimension of product design talents into five dimensions,namely knowledge field,professional ability,learning and innovation ability,communication and cooperation ability,and professional role identity.Moreover,we constructed the evaluation index under each competency dimension as an orderly hierarchical structure chart by AHP,and established the product design talent evaluation system.Finally,we calculated the weight of each competency evaluation index with the use of analytic hierarchy process,and obtained the relative weight and ranking of each evaluation index through consistency test.
