摘要

艺术设计类人才的培养必须顺应社会需求和技术革命的发展,做好艺术与技术的高度融合以及艺术与社会学科、工科的跨学科融合.通过分析跨学科人才培养模式建构的逻辑起点、面临的现实困境,提出了构建新课程体系、重塑师资队伍结构、建立跨学科组织、健全培养制度、设定多重评价机制等艺术设计类人才培养的新路径,从而进一步发挥艺术设计人才应对全球化竞争与挑战的主体性作用.

Abstract

The cultivation of art and design talents must conform to the social needs and the development of technological revolution,and do a good job in the seamless integration of art and technology,as well as the interdisciplinary integration of art and social sciences with engineering.Therefore,based on the analysis of the logical starting point of the interdisciplinary cultivation model and the realistic difficulties,in this article we propose a new path of art and design talents cultivation,by developing a new curriculum system,reshaping the structure of the teaching staff,establishing interdisciplinary organizations,improving the training system,and establishing multiple evaluation mechanisms,so as to give further play to the subjective role of art and design talents in coping with the global competition and challenges.
