Theoretical Logic and Practical Paths to the Construction of"One-Stop"Student Community Comprehensive Management Model
Colleges and universities have achieved phased progress and good results in the implementation of a"one-stop"student community comprehensive management model.While realizing these good results,we are also facing challenges and therefore need to make up for the shortcomings in the model.To this end,we further innovated and constructed the system architecture for the construction of a"one-stop"student community comprehensive management model.In this article,the author accurately clarifies the theoretical logic of the constructed model in terms of three major sections:the existing mechanism,development context and future trends;the theoretical significance,contemporary implication and application value,as well as the actual challenges,difficulties and causes.Moreover,the author also deeply explores the practical paths to the constructed model from the four dimensions,including continuously strengthening the Party building as the guide,ensuring the smooth settlement of various teams,actively guiding students to voluntarily participate in,and constantly consolidating the conditions and institutional guarantees.To sum up,our innovated and constructed model have provided reference for the in-depth theoretical research and work practice in the future.
