摘要
以高分子材料与工程专业为例,分析了当前地方高校工科专业劳动教育的现状,强调了劳动教育的重要性,并提出了融合专业特点与时代需求的劳动教育课程化路径,探讨了多元化评价机制的构建,以全面衡量学生在劳动教育课程中的学习成效.劳动教育不仅仅是教授学生如何劳动、如何工作,更是在培养他们的创造力、团队协作能力、问题解决能力和批判性思维.通过实施劳动教育,可以促进学生的全面发展,培养他们成为具有强烈社会责任感、高尚道德情操、深厚文化底蕴以及严明组织纪律性的未来栋梁之材.
Abstract
Taking the speciality of polymer materials and engineering as an example,in this article we analyze the current situation of labor education for engineering majors in local universities,emphasize the importance of labor education,and put forward the path of integrating the characteristics of the speciality and the needs of the times for the labor education course.Moreover,we also discuss the construction of a diversified evaluation mechanism so as to comprehensively measure the effectiveness of the students'learning in the labor education course.To sum up,labor education is not only teaching students how to labor and work,but also cultivating their creativity,teamwork ability,problem solving ability and critical thinking.Through the implementation of labor education,we can promote the overall development of students and cultivate them to become future pillars with a strong sense of social responsibility,noble moral character,profound cultural heritage and strict sense of organization and discipline.
