基于数字化媒介的高校突发事件处置与应对研究

摘要
随着信息技术的快速发展,数字化媒介已成为高校管理的重要内容.数字化媒介具有互动性强、主体多元、传播迅速、范围广泛等特点,其在高校突发事件管理中发挥着实时监测舆情发展、适时传递正确信息、提供沟通互动渠道的重要作用.当前,高校在对突发事件的处置和应对中存在着应急预案与策略不完善、一线人员处理突发事件能力参差不齐、应对突发事件管理机制不健全等问题,应从制定完善的应急预案、加强高校师生应对突发事件的能力、不断完善高校处理与应对突发事件的管理机制三方面入手,切实提升高校在数字化媒介时代处置与应对突发事件的能力与效果.
Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology,digital media has become an important part of university management.Digital media has the characteristics of strong interaction,diversified subjects,rapid dissemination and wide range.It plays an important role in real-time monitoring public opinion development,timely transmitting correct information and providing communication and interaction channels in the management of emergencies in universities.However,at present,there are some problems in the handling and responding to emergencies in universities,such as imperfect emergency plans and strategies,uneven ability of front-line personnel to handle emergencies,and imperfect management mechanism to deal with emergencies.Therefore,we need to start from the three aspects,namely formulating perfect emergency plans,strengthening the ability of teachers and students to deal with emergencies,and constantly improving the management mechanism of universities to deal with and respond to emergencies,so as to effectively improve the ability and effect of universities to deal with and respond to emergencies in the digital media era.
