On Cultivation of Practical Teaching Ability for Normal School Students in Vocational Education—A Case Study of Food Science and Engineering Majors
The development of vocational education urgently needs to improve the cultivation quality of vocational education teachers and establish a"double-qualified teacher"team that adapts to the high-quality development of modern vocational education.However,the cultivation of practical teaching ability of food vocational students in normal schools is faced with realistic challenges such as single cultivation mode,lack of management and formalization of cultivation links,and imperfect teaching evaluation system.In response to these challenges,in this article we analyze and discuss some countermeasures,namely implementing diversified curriculum,developing individualized training mode,enhancing practical training management,strengthening teacher professional development,promoting"school-enterprise-school"cooperation and constructing teaching evaluation system in vocational normal schools,so as to promote the reform of cultivating food vocational normal school students.
