摘要
本文从耶鲁大学附属医院的护士职能和护理特色两方面阐述了其能级对应的岗位设置和人文护理、安全护理、舒适护理、职业保护意识及服务质量评价体系,对于我国护理人力资源管理和"以患者为中心"服务体系的建立有一定启示.
Abstract
The functions of nurses and nursing characteristics of Yale University Affiliated Hospital are introduced in this article. The correspondence of potency scale applied in career, humanity care, safety care, comfort care, occupational prevention awareness and evaluation system for service quality are valuable for reform of nursing human resource management and establishment of " Client Centered" service system in China.
