基于不同发育时期'文椰5号'椰子水氨基酸代谢物的测评研究

椰子水中富含必需氨基酸和非必需氨基酸.选用不同发育时期的'文椰5号'椰子水为研究对象,以本地椰子水为对照,结合液相色谱串联质谱技术的代谢组学,对椰子水中氨基酸含量进行差异代谢物的筛选研究.结果表明,'文椰5号'在各发育阶段必需氨基酸(赖氨酸、缬氨酸、组氨酸、苏氨酸)含量及非必需氨基酸(精氨酸、谷氨酰胺、丝氨酸、天冬氨酸)含量均高于本地椰子,亮氨酸与苯丙氨酸、苯丙胺酸与异亮氨酸、丝氨酸与谷氨酸、酪氨酸与谷氨酰胺之间呈极显著正相关.研究结果对今后水果型椰子的选育和精准鉴定具有重要意义.
Evaluation of Amino Acid Metabolites of Coconut Water of'Wenye No.5'at Different Developmental Stages
Coconut water is rich in essential and non-essential amino acids.In this study,'Wenye No.5'coconut water at different development stages was selected as the research object,and local coconut water was selected as the control.The metabolomics of liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry was combined to screen the differential metabolites of amino acid content in coconut water.The results showed that the contents of essential amino acids(lysine,valine,histidine and threonine)and non-essential amino acids(arginine,glutamine,serine and aspartic acid)of'wenye No.5'were higher than those of local coconut at each development stage.There was significant positive correlation between L-leucine and phenylalanine,phenylalanine and isoleucine,serine and glutamic acid,tyrosine and glutamine.The results of this study were of a great significance for the breeding and precise identification of fruit-type coconuts in the future.
