摘要
紫苏是我国药食两用作物之一,药用和食用价值高.近几年,广西紫苏产业发展迅速,对新品种、新技术需求迫切.从品种选择、整地、田间管理、病虫害防治及采收等方面总结了广西药食两用紫苏高产栽培技术,以期为广西紫苏产业发展提供技术支撑.
Abstract
Perilla frutescens is one of the earliest medicinal and edible plants in China,which has high application value.In recent years,the development of Perilla frutescens industry in Guangxi has speeded up rapidly,and new varieties and technologies are urgently needed.In order to provide technical support for the development of Guangxi's Perilla frutescens industry,this paper summarized the high-yield cultivation techniques of Perilla frutescens in Guangxi,including variety selection,land preparation,field management,pest and disease controlling and harvesting.
