淮安市2001～2010年实施结核病防治规划成效分析

摘要
目的 评价淮安市实施《全国结核病防治规划(2001～2010年)》效果,为结核病控制工作的可持续发展提供科学依据.方法 分析《规划》期间结核病控制项目报表,应用卫生经济学方法进行经济与社会效益分析.结果 《规划》期间,成功治疗结核病患者30 131例,初治涂阳病人和复治涂阳病人治愈率分别为93.13％和76.72％;可以挽回伤残调整寿命年(DALY) 286 244.5年,减少直接经济损失599.30万元,挽回社会总价值272 254.3万元；成本效益比为1∶149.04.结论 淮安市实施结核病防治规划成效显著,取得了显著的经济和社会效益.
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of TB control program (2001-2010) and provide scientific basis for the continuable development of TB control project.Methods The data concerning TB control program was collected and analyzed,and theory of health economy was adopted to analyze the economic and social benefits.Results Through the program,29433 cases were successfully cured,the average cure rate of initial cases and retreatment case with smear-positive were ; About 286244.5 years of DALY was retrieved,an estimated direct benefit of 5.993 million Yuan was saved,and GDP about 2722.543 million Yuan was retrieved; Ratio of cost to benefit was 1:149.04.Conclusion TB control program was effective in Huaian city; significant economic and social benefit were achieved.
