产城融合视域下文化产业园区与城市建设互动发展影响因素研究

摘要
目前产城融合已成为我国城市化与产业化互动发展的内在需求。本文结合我国文化产业园区与城市建设发展的相关理论与实践，运用定性与定量相结合的分析方法，首先提出并论证了文化产业园区与城市建设互动发展的共同影响因素；然后以西安曲江新区为例，提出并论证了文化产业园区和城市建设之间存在融合及正向互动发展关系，同时分析并得出了文化产业园区发展和城市建设的直接与间接影响因素，以及两者之间的影响程度等结论；最后从政府支持、市场驱动、园区发展和城市建设四个层面提出了相应的对策建议。
Abstract
The integration of industry and cities has become the internal demand of the interactive development of urbanization and industrialization in China. Based on the theory and practice of integration of industry and cities, this research conducts a quantitative and qualitative analysis on the common factors related with the interactive development of cultural industry park and construction of the city. The research on Xi’ an Cultural Industry Park in Qujiang shows that the development of cultural industry park and construction of the city are integrating, and they are proportionally developing together. Then it goes on to analyze both the direct and indirect influential factors as well as the degree of that influence. Finally, the author puts forward some suggestions from the four aspects of government support, market driving, industrial park development, urban construction.
