Standardized application of"Blue Carbon"in environmental public interest litigation
"Blue carbon"actually has three different roles and positioning in China's environmental public interest litigation,including litigation reasons,protection of legal interests,and ways of assuming responsibility,and should be given different standardized suggestions.We should clarify the administrative supervision mechanism for"blue carbon"and clearly include it in the scope of environmental administrative public interest litigation;Transform the paradigm of environmental justice,activate the"blue carbon"environmental justice mechanism,and protect the legal interests of"blue carbon";Standardize"blue carbon"as a way of assuming responsibility from the aspects of application scope,conditions,procedures,etc.
