Resilience of China's economic development in the new development stage:Evaluation, influencing factors and maintenance strategies
Economic development resilience is a comprehensive reflection of the quality and potential of an economy to adapt to change, continue to evolve, and maintain stable development from a long-term development perspective.Based on the theoretical interpretation of the connotation of economic resilience, this study establishes the evaluation dimensions of economic resilience from five aspects:basic resilience, scale resilience, structural resilience, innovation resilience, and institutional resilience. It calculates the index of China's economic resilience and the sub-dimensional indexes from 2000 to 2021,and further analyzes the spatial differences of China's economic resilience. The research results show that China's economic resilience has shown a steady upward trend in time dimension, and the differences in economic resilience between different regions and within each region have shown a basic characteristic of first expanding and then shrinking in space dimension.Combined with the influencing factors and evolutionary trends of China's economic resilience, this study proposes maintenance strategies for China's economic resilience in the new development stage.
