Research on public value creation of national'Famous Doctor Studio'
The establishment of the"National Studio for Inheriting Famous Traditional Chinese Medicine Experts"(hereinafter referred to as the"Famous Doctors Studio")is an important experimental model in China for promoting the development of TCM.It adheres to the traditional mode of knowledge transmission in TCM,supporting the inter-generational transfer and innovation of knowledge among renowned traditional Chinese medicine experts,and cultivating a group of outstanding successors in the field.Currently,there is a lack of in-depth research on the public value creation of the national"Famous Doctors Studio."A systematic dynamic analysis of the policy system operation of the national"Famous Doctors Studio"in relation to the innovation of modern traditional Chinese medicine culture and talent development would contribute to a comprehensive analysis and optimization of the system's operational mechanism.The research findings are as follows:(1)The national"Famous Doctors Studio"policy effectively promotes the inter generational transfer of traditional Chinese medicine knowledge and generates a team-oriented inheritance and innovation effect,but there is still a need for further development of high-quality talent cultivation models in collaboration with higher education institutions.(2)Enhancing the willingness of innovation in inheritance among teachers and students within the"Famous Doctors Studio"is a key factor in improving the efficiency of team-oriented inheritance and innovation.It is necessary to encourage local governments and the organizations hosting the"Famous Doctors Studio"to formulate policy incentives.(3)The policy system for the construction of the national"Famous Doctors Studio"still has shortcomings in terms of systematicity.There is a lack of intellectual property rights protection policies and an evaluation mechanism for the cultural value of TCM and innovative property rights in the knowledge inheritance of"Famous Doctors Studio".The research findings provide a certain reference for the optimization of the national"Famous Doctors Studio"policy,promoting the innovative development of the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine culture.
