摘要
美国半导体制造技术联盟(SEMATECH)是国际上政府与企业合作促进产业技发展的著名成功案例,在企业的创新型合作组织、政府对产业技术的支持以及联合攻克产业关键技术等方面,都有很多经验值得研究和借鉴.基于美国学术界和政策界对SEMATECH的系统研究成果,从SEMATECH建立的动力、政府与产业界的关系、组织与活动及成就和贡献等4 个方面对SEMATECH进行深入探讨,提出可供中国借鉴的经验和启示.
Abstract
The United States Semiconductor Manufacturing Technology consortium(SEMATECH)is a famous successful case of cooperation between government and enterprises to promote industrial technology development in the world.In the government's support for industrial technology and joint develop industry key technology,there are a lot of experience worth studying and learning from it.Based on the systematic research results of SEMATECH in American academic and policy circles,this paper makes an in-depth discussion on SEMATECH from four aspects:the driving force of SEMATECH's establishment,the relationship between government and industry,its organization,activities,achievements and contributions,and puts forward the lesson and inspiration for China to learn from.
