摘要

在环境保护的历史进程中,蕾切尔·卡森的科学传播活动扮演了至关重要的"吹哨人"角色.科学传播对DDT技术发展的具体影响常被低估,但通过深入分析DDT的历史发展脉络,并量化评估卡森的贡献,可以确定科学传播在工业生产与技术研发中的巨大影响.研究发现科学传播的两大核心着力点:第一,向公众传播环境风险预警,推动环境保护运动的发展;第二,促使科研工作者反思技术,不断激发技术革新,从而在根本上缓解由技术应用引发的社会问题.

Abstract

In the process of environmental protection,Rachel Carson's science communication activities played an essential role as a"whistleblower".The specific impact of science communication on the development of DDT technology is often underestimated.However,by analyzing the history of DDT and quantitatively assessing Carson's contributions,we can more accurately identify the influence in industrial production and technology research.The research reveals two core focal points:first,to disseminate environmental risk warning to the public and promote the environmental protection movement;Second,to encourage scientific researchers to reflect on technology and constantly stimulate technological innovation,so as to fundamentally alleviate the social issues caused by the application of technology.
