摘要
数字金融和知识产权保护作为支撑企业技术创新活动的关键保障,深刻影响着企业研发投入行为,对提升技术创新能力至关重要.基于中国2011-2022 年A股上市企业数据,实证检验数字金融、知识产权保护与企业技术创新能力的关系.分析发现:数字金融与知识产权保护均对企业技术创新能力具有促进作用;知识产权保护在二者作用过程中发挥负向调节效应.异质性检验发现,小型企业、资本密集型企业与非国有企业技术创新能力受数字金融的驱动效应更强.
Abstract
Digital finance and intellectual property protection,as the key guarantee to support enterprises'technological innovation activities,have a profound impact on enterprises'R&D investment behavior,and are crucial to improving technological innovation ability.Based on the panel data of Chinese A-share listed enterprises from 2011 to 2022,this paper empirically examines the relationship between digital finance,intellectual property protection and technological innovation capability of enterprises.The results show that digital finance and intellectual property protection both promote the technological innovation capability of enterprises,andthe protection of intellectual property rights has a negative regulating effect between the two functions.Heterogeneity test shows that the technological innovation capability of small enterprises,capital-intensive enterprises and non-state-owned enterprises is more strongly driven by digital finance.
