中国数据新闻人才培养路径研究

摘要
实施国家文化数字化战略是推动文化强国建设的重要举措,而高质量数字化人才建设是教育强国、文化强国建设的重要基础和关键支撑.在数据新闻发展和人才培养现状基础上,结合胜任力理论和模型,通过问卷调查和实证研究的方法,构建一套多层级、细粒度的数据新闻人才岗位胜任力量化等级模型,根据该模型指标体系,数据新闻人才培养需要从个人特质、知识素养以及技术能力三个方面进行.研究发现:聚焦数据新闻人才培养要素,落实人才胜任力提升;实践国家数字发展战略,积极服务国家新闻舆论宣传;对接国际数据新闻传播轨道,大力建构国际化传播通道.
Abstract
The implementation of the national cultural digitization strategy is an important initiative to promote the construction of a country with a strong socialist culture,while the construction of high-quality digital talents is an important foundation and key support for the construction of a strong educational and socialist cultural country.Based on the development of data journalism and the current situation of talent cultivation,combining the competency theory and model,through questionnaire survey and empirical research,we construct a set of multi-level,fine-grained data journalism talent job competency quantitative rating model,according to the index system of the model,data journalism talent cultivation needs to be carried out from the three aspects of personal traits,knowledge literacy,and technical ability.The study found that data news talent training should focus on data news talent training elements and implement talent competency enhancement;practice the national digital development strategy and actively serve the national news and public opinion propaganda;and dock the international data news communication track and vigorously construct international communication channels.
