中国农业数字化绿色化协同发展的时空格局及收敛性分析

加快农业数字化绿色化协同转型发展,是促进农业农村高质量发展、实现全面推进乡村振兴战略的重要举措,亦是中国对数字中国战略和"双碳"承诺的践行.在测度2012-2021年中国农业数字化和农业绿色化发展指数的基础上,研判中国农业数字化与绿色化的协同关系与相对发展现状,并剖析农业数字化绿色化协同发展过程中的空间不平衡问题及其收敛机制.研究表明:第一,样本考察期内,全国及三大粮食功能区农业数字化与绿色化的协调发展度均稳步提升,各地区农业数字化与绿色化整体向协调发展靠拢,但存在较大的空间差异,区域间差异对总体差异的贡献最大;第二,全国相对发展类型始终处于数字化发展滞后型,但其相对发展度波动上升,农业数字化与绿色化发展的不同步状况不断改善;第三,全国及三大粮食功能区均存在显著的绝对β收敛和条件β收敛特征,且省份间农业数字化与绿色化协同发展的空间互动效应对β收敛趋势存在显著影响.研究结果对于把握农业数字化绿色化协同发展的效能和水平以及探寻出农业数字化绿色化协同发展推进策略提供实证支持具有重要启示和现实指导意义.
Spatio-temporal characteristics and convergence analysis of the coordinated development of agricultural digitalization and greening in China
Accelerating the coordinated transformation and development of agricultural digitalization and greening is an important measure to promote the transformation and upgrading of agricultural production methods and realize the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization strategy,and it is also China's implementation of the digital China strategy and"dual carbon"commitment.On the basis of measuring the development indices of agricultural digitisation and agricultural greening in China from 2012 to 2021,this paper examines the synergistic relationship and relative development status of agricultural digitisation and greening in China,and analyses the spatial imbalance in the process of synergistic development of agricultural digitisation and greening as well as its convergence mechanism.It is found that:(1)During the sample inspection period,the degree of coordinated development of agricultural digitisation and greening in the country as a whole and in the three major regions of the main grain marketing area,the main grain producing area and the balance of production and marketing area have all steadily increased,and agricultural digitisation and greening in the regions as a whole are converging towards coordinated development,but there are large spatial differences,and the inter-regional differences make the greatest contribution to the overall differences.(2)Although the type of relative development has always been in the digitisation development lagging type,the relative development degree fluctuates upward,and the asynchrony of the development of agricultural digitisation and greening in China continues to improve.(3)There are significant absolute β-convergence and conditional β-convergence characteristics in the whole country and the three major food functional areas,showing that the synergistic development of agricultural digitisation and greening gradually converges and develops over time,and the spatial interaction effect of the synergistic development of agricultural digitisation and greening between provinces in China has a significant impact on the β-convergence trend.The research results have important enlightenment and practical guiding significance for collaboratively improving the level of coordinated development of agricultural digitalization and greening,and coordinating and promoting the collaborative work of digital greening.
