Research on value creation mechanism and path of firm's co-creating and sharing culture
Employees are the most direct and active factor of production affecting firms'development.Employees'emotional identification and innovation ability have a significant impact on enterprise performance and value creation.Employee culture is an important component of corporate culture.Based on the survey data and financial indicators of JINHUI,we used the structural equation model to empirically analyze the value creation mechanism and influence path of employee culture.We found that co-creation and sharing employee culture had a significant positive effect on employee performance.Employee affective commitment and innovative behavior play a mediating role in this process.Further research showed that excellent employee culture can improve the competitiveness,technological innovation capability and long-term value creation of the firm.We suggest that firms should emphasize and constantly improve employee culture,enhance emotional identity,internalize corporate culture into employee behavior,create a community of value co-creation and sharing and stimulate employee innovation vitality to contribute to the firm's high-quality development.
