摘要

出口和对外直接投资是企业实行国际化战略的主要途径.以高新技术制造企业上市公司为研究对象,通过构建回归方程,探讨企业国际化战略选择与生产率的关系.结果表明,对外直接投资企业生产率高于出口企业.同时发现既然生产率的差异导致企业选择不同的国际化战略,那么不同的战略选择也会使得企业创新水平产生差异.于是,基于知识流动视角,通过对知识传递过程的分析,并经实证检验结果表明,相对于出口战略,对外直接投资战略更能促进企业创新绩效的提高.

Abstract

Export and OFDI are the two main ways for companies to implement internationalization strategies.This paper takes related listed companies of high-tech manufacturing enterprises as the research object,and then constructs regression equations to explore the relationship between the internationalization strategy and productivity.The result shows that the productivity of OFDI enterprises is higher than that of export enterprises.Through the analysis of the knowledge transfer process,this paper also discussed the differences between export and outward foreign direct investment in promoting enterprise innovation.The results show that the OFDI can promote the improvement of the innovation performance more than the export.
