摘要
残疾人创业不仅是促进残疾人就业的重要形式,也是残疾人事业的重要组成部分残疾人创业企业的合法性是影响残疾人创业成功与否的关键问题.研究基于残疾女性创业者的劣势特征,从合法性的视角出发,运用清晰集定性比较方法(csQCA),分析了残疾女性创业者争取新创企业合法性的条件组态与路径.结果发现:不同类型的制度维度与战略维度前因条件多重耦合,形成了技术资源支持型、创业融资支持型和"创业融资支持+低残障等级辅助"型三种残疾女性获取新创企业合法性有效路径.基于此就残疾女性创业者争取新创企业合法性的路径差异展开了探讨,并依据残疾女性创业者的差异化特征提出"一人一策"的创业扶持政策建议.研究结论厘清了残疾女性创业者争取新创企业合法性的有效路径,为创业扶持政策提供了新的思路.
Abstract
Entrepreneurship of persons with disabilities is not only an important form of promoting employment of persons with disabilities,but also an important part of the cause of persons with disabilities.The legitimacy of entrepreneurship of persons with disabilities is the key issue that affects the success of entrepreneurship of persons with disabilities.Based on the disadvantages of female entrepreneurs with disabilities and from the perspective of legitimacy,this study uses clear set qualitative comparison method(csQCA)to analyze the conditional configuration and path for female entrepreneurs with disabilities to win the legitimacy of new ventures.The results show that:different types of autonomy legitimacy system dimension and strategic dimension of the antecedent legitimacy conditions are multi-coupled,forming three effective ways for women with disabilities to obtain the legitimacy of new ventures:technical resource support,venture financing support and venture financing support+low disability level assistance.The paper discusses the differences in the paths for disabled female entrepreneurs to obtain the start-up legitimacy of new ventures.Based on the differentiated characteristics of women entrepreneurs with disabilities,this paper puts forward the policy suggestions of"one person,one policy"to support entrepreneurship.The research conclusion clarifies the effective path for disabled female entrepreneurs to win the legitimacy of new ventures,and provides new ideas for entrepreneurship support policies.
