How to Inspire the Craftsman Spirit of Employees:An Analysis Based on SEM And FsQCA
From the perspective of the social embeddedness model of thriving at work and the self-regulation model,the study adopts the structural equation model and qualitative comparative analysis of fuzzy sets,exploring how employee craftsman spirit is influenced by job autonomy through two sub studies.In the first sub-study,the basic theoretical model of this research was established.By analyzing 340 employees'valid questionnaires from three-stage survey through structural equation modeling,it finds that work autonomy has a positive impact on thriving at work,subsequently,stimulates employees'craftsman spirit.Locomotion mode strengthens the positive impact of job autonomy on thriving at work,and then strengthens the positive impact of work autonomy on employees'craftsman spirit through thriving at work.In the second sub-study,the theoretical hypotheses put forward in this article by the author is verified and further improved.On the basis of the existing questionnaires,through qualitative comparative analysis of fuzzy sets,it is found that there are four paths that have inspired the craftsman spirit of employees.The stimulation of craftsman spirit is inseparable from the antecedent variable of work autonomy in these four paths above,which further supports the theoretical hypothesis of work autonomy positively affecting craftsman spirit and supplements the relative deficiency of the structural equation model analysis in the first sub-study.
