From Structured Conflict to Coordinated Consensus:Conceptualization and Governance Mechanisms of"Fengqiao Experiences"in the Field of Labor within the New Era
Although the"Fengqiao Experience"in the field of labor in the new era has become an important concept in labor policy in recent years,there is still insufficient research on its systematic argumentation,which has elicited blindly copying in many current studies.This article starts with the theoretical connotation of the"Fengqiao Experience"in the new era,and elaborates on the conceptual connotation and content of the"Fengqiao Experience"in the field of labor in the new era.Based on this,the operational logic of the"Fengqiao Experience"in the labor field of the new era is summarized by employing the concepts of"structural conflict"and"coordinated consensus".From these two perspectives,four mechanisms of the"Fengqiao Experience"in the current labor field in China are analyzed,including source prevention mechanism,specialized mediation mechanism,consultative mediation mechanism,and collective negotiation mechanism.Aguably,the"Fengqiao Experience"in the field of labor in the new era should establish a labor ecology view in the era of digitalization,and innovate the experience of resolving labor risks from the perspectives of combining corporate social responsibility,strengthening the mediation of socialization,marketization,and digitalization,as well as adapting to collective disputes in the current digital economy.
